It includes:
- Project Overview: A summary of the road project, this section details the road's location (District, Block & Gram Panchayat), project source of fund, length of the road, road specification, and any relevant environmental or regulatory considerations.
- Estimate Details: A detailed cost estimate that breaks down anticipated expenses for the project. This includes:
- Material Costs, Labour Costs, Overhead Costs & Additional Costs.
- District wise and geographic area wise (Hill area, Riverine) cost is changeable.
This document provides a clear understanding of both the project’s scope and the financial requirements, helping cost estimation stakeholders make informed decisions and manage the project effectively.

| Detailed Description | Describe the project title to identify the particular project related details. |
| Project Type | What kind of project are you referring to it could be anything New, Upgradation, Maintenance |
| Fund Type | Fund source of the project it can be either PMGSY, State Budget, RIDF |
| Default Schedule Type | Select the default schedule to be used for estimation in project however item from other schedule also be selected. |
| District | Referring to a project within a specific district. (Predefine) |
| Block | Project is focused on a specific block within a district. (Predefine) |
| Gram Panchayat | Select the Gram Panchayat name. (Predefine) |
| Road Specification | In road design, traffic categories such as T1, T2, and T3 are often used to classify roads based on the type and volume of traffic. |
